Meet Michele. She is a licensed professional counselor and a clinical substance abuse counselor in the state of Wisconsin, Arizona and Idaho. She received her Master’s in Community Psychology from Alverno College in Milwaukee, WI. She completed her internship at the Center for Behavioral Medicine which is a board certified Dialectical Behavioral therapy clinic in Brookfield, Wisconsin. Additionally, Michele completed her training licensure working in Medication Assisted Treatment centers for those struggling with substance dependency in Waukesha and West Allis, WI.
Michele has experience working with those experiencing grief, mood disorders, OCD, anxiety, depression, Bi-polar disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline personality disorder, PTSD, domestic violence, career counseling, family counseling, couples counseling, and eating disorders.
Michele has worked with both children and adults in various populations such as the LGBTQ+A, HIV, substance dependency and mental health. Her therapy style is best described as person centered and her ministry is lead with love and compassion. As a self-described comprehensive therapist, Michele does her best to bring her professional experience to treatment and does her best to help empower clients to improve their lives the way they want to.
