Emerging Clinician Mount Mary
Kaylee Schram is a Clinical Mental Health graduate student at Mount Mary University and
Clinical Intern with NeuroWave Therapy Group, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. She is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered throughout their healing journey.
Kaylee approaches counseling from a person-centered and empathetic perspective, believing that every individual deserves compassion, understanding, and the opportunity to grow at their own pace. She values authenticity and collaboration in the therapeutic relationship and strives to meet clients where they are with care and respect.
Her experience includes working with children, older adults, and neurodiverse individuals in both clinical and community-based settings. Through her work in behavioral health and counseling support, Kaylee has developed a strong appreciation for trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and strengths-based care.
Kaylee’s professional interests include community mental health, youth and family counseling, behavioral health services, multicultural counseling, and supporting individuals through life transitions and personal growth. She is committed to helping clients build resilience, develop coping skills, and move toward meaningful and lasting well-being.
