Michaela L. Medrano

Clinical Intern

I’m Michaela, a current graduate student in the CMHC program at UW-Milwaukee. I did my undergraduate work at UW La-Crosse where I started my journey as an ABA technician working with neurodivergent youth. I utilize a person-centered approach with the knowledge that no single approach is right for everyone. Reaching out for support is an act of self-care that takes immense strength and courage as it not only opens the door for growth and understanding but to feel seen, heard, and valued. Healing begins with feeling safe which is why I am passionate about creating a comfortable and non-judgmental space for individuals to talk about personal issues and concerns.

At NeuroWave Therapy, we’re dedicated to providing the support and tools you need to thrive.
