Sydney's therapeutic approach is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Family Systems principles. She works alongside clients to build practical coping skills, foster resilience, and pursue goals that align with each individual's values and needs.
Her professional background includes working with children and adolescents, supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, and serving clients within healthcare settings. She has a particular interest in helping children, families, and athletes navigate challenges related to anxiety, self-esteem, performance pressure, life transitions, and stress management.
